Our student accommodation is maintained to a high standard, comes furnitured, and comforms to all current legislation applicable to student housing. (electrical, gas, fire & furniture regs. etc.)

All our houses have gas central heating, at least 200mm of loft insulation and many are double glazed.

Our larger houses have two showers and 2 toilets as well as a bath and many rooms also have hand washbasins.

Every one of our student houses has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and at least one freezer. Several now have dishwashers aswell.

Many of our houses have hardwired broadband network systems as well as T.V. & telephone outlets in each bedroom.

All our student accommodation has window locks and full burglar alarm systems. All the houses are also located in good residential areas of York.

All gardens and yards are maintained by the landlord.
